I am looking for something serious, if you're not, please don't lead me on. I was in a 4 year relationship for 4 years with someone who hurt me deeply. I believe everything happens for a reason, at the perfect time. I believe we are all exactly where we are supposed to be, doing exactly what we're supposed to be doing. I have spent the last 5 and a half years working very hard on myself, on becoming a better person overall. I am a recovering addict/alcoholic, I've been clean and sober 5 and a half years, which means I don't drink alcohol or do drugs of any kind and I'm working on and getting close to quitting smoking too! However! This does not mean I cannot be in a relationship with someone who does drink, as long as it's not problematic drinking, or you're not getting hammered when you do drink. I've always believed I'd make a great military wife because of my loyalty, my incapacity to lie and ability to be alone for long periods of time. I am learning more and more, every day, how to live a spiritually sound life. believe in open, honest communication, will never lie to you and am very loyal, have lived the proof that our thoughts completely create our reality and everything is a matter of perspective. I appreciate life, I survived that which should have killed me more often that I am even aware of, I believe the universe is always looking out for my well being. I've experienced, lived and seen miracles happen and I have an incredible amount of gratitude for the life I have. I am just beginning my life over again in Montreal. I have two children and while my 10 year old son visits often and my daughter is Older now, they are a very big part of my life. I have always wanted a third but time is not necessarily on my side in that regard, however, I have not given up hope and still believe it could happen. 4 years ago, I survived a brain aneurysm that was successfully treated and is no longer a danger to my life but it has left me with sometimes crippling chronic pain, I am hopeful the pain will be reduced with time and healthy lifestyle changes. I love traveling and would really like to have someone to travel with. I was given many second chances for a reason, and I am now on a new path going towards the next phase of my life. I was afraid of living alone while being sick at times, and for good reason, it's been a hell of a struggle, but it's making me stronger I'd really like to not have to face life's challenges alone anymore, just as much as I'd like to share my successes and triumphs with someone who's there to be my friend, my lover, my partner in everything, someone I can lean on when times get rough, someone to travel the world with and maybe someone to create a life with, living a life and maybe a baby, someone who's open to all the possibilities life has to offer and what might lay in store, someone who's also found their way around to a certain amount of self-fulfilment, so we can add to each other's lives.
